At that time, the Federal Police captured two hit men of the colony Los Pinos, who had four firearms including a machine gun 50 caliber Barrett, hundreds of cartridges, magazines, grenades and 16 luxury vehicles. These arrests led to the fury of the Sinaloa cartel, which days later threw a body of a man on the main gate of the Ninth Military Zone with a sign on his chest: “For fingering, Eddy” (referring to the then head of the square, Rolando Eugenio Hidalgo Eddy).
